JCL hosts Mardi Gras celebration

The Junior Civic League will sponsor its first Mardi Gras party at 7 p.m. Feb. 25 at McMenamy’s Banquet Center, 325 Youngstown-Warren Road.

Tickets are $35 per person and include a dinner of specialty Creole-style dishes.

Howard Howell & The Five Point Band will entertain. The evening will include a 50-50 raffle, complimentary beads and a mask.

The JCL is dedicated to volunteering and community service in the areas of health, education and civic affairs. Proceeds raised from this event will benefit Youngstown City Schools’ Adopt-a-School program.
