Civic league installs officers, sets program

NEW WILMINGTON, PA.

The Civic League of Wilmington Township, Mercer County, Pa., recently installed new officers. Serving in 2012 will be Eileen Hendrickson, president; Diana Caiazza, vice president; Sally Cummings, secretary; and Fred Deramo, treasurer.

The group will kick off its 2012 programs at 7:30 p.m. Feb. 21 at the township building, 35 Auction Road. Nancy Bergey, board member of the Lawrence County Women’s Crisis Shelter, will discuss the services offered by the shelter and its upcoming fundraiser, the 30th annual auction, which will take place Feb. 25. After the meeting and presentation, which are open to the public, refreshments will be served.
