Man, 25, indicted in robbery at Speedway on Christmas Eve

A Mahoning County grand jury has indicted a 25-year-old Melrose Avenue man in the Christmas Eve armed robbery of a gas station.
John E. Sexton Jr. was indicted Thursday on an aggravated-robbery charge with a firearm specification in the robbery of Speedway, 649 E. Midlothian Blvd.
A gas-station employee told police a male robber brandished a small revolver and demanded money about 8 p.m. The employee told the suspect to leave and said the suspect rode away on a bicycle, a police report says.
If convicted as charged, Sexton faces six to 14 years in prison.
Others indicted were:
Jerry Nisevich, also known as Summer Nisevich, 39, of West Park Avenue, Niles, or Burkley Road, Columbus, aggravated vehicular assault and driving while under the influence of alcohol.
John S. Zeoli, 53, of Chaney Circle, tampering with records and two counts of nonsupport of dependents.
Douglas Centafanti, 54, of Mahoning Avenue, North Jackson, receiving stolen property.
Danielle Robinson, 22, of Almyra Avenue, two misdemeanor counts of endangering children.
William Earl Fox, 18, of Wellington Avenue, burglary.
Jeremy Bradian, 27, of Melbourne Avenue, heroin and cocaine possession.
Keith Black, 50, of West LaClede Avenue, improperly handling a firearm in a motor vehicle.
Brandon Clinkscale, 19, of East Evergreen Avenue, heroin possession.
Ronald Henderson, 34, of Ravenwood Avenue, felonious assault and kidnapping with firearm specifications.
Timothy Howard, 40, of North Four Mile Run Road, breaking and entering.
Timothy M. Williams, 41, of Washington Boulevard, receiving stolen property and five counts of forgery.
Joseph P. Shurtleff Jr., 21, of Squirrel Hill Drive, deception to obtain a dangerous drug, drug possession and possession of criminal tools.
The grand jury declined to indict Ronnelle Ferrell, of West Heights Avenue, and James Honeycutt, of Market Street, Beaver Township, on domestic-violence charges and Allan Dean of East Auburndale Avenue, on a charge of receiving stolen property.
