CANFIELD
Jan. 25
Assault: A woman reported her child was being bullied at Canfield Middle School, 42 Wadsworth St. No charges were filed.
Jan. 26
Receiving stolen property: Darryl Ferko, 18, of 580 Notre Dame Ave., Austintown, was arrested on two counts of receiving stolen property, including two GPS systems.
Jan. 27
Theft: Cynthia Clarke, 57, of 809 Park Harbour Drive, Boardman, was arrested on a charge of theft at Giant Eagle, 525 E. Main St., after allegedly shoplifting $67.12 worth of merchandise.
Jan. 30
Disorderly conduct: Megan Mason, 18, of 18989 Diagonal Road, Salem, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct for allegedly fighting at the Mahoning County Career and Technical Center, 7300 N. Palmyra Road.
Feb. 2
Dogs running loose: Courtney Singer, 26, of 9 Willow Way, Canfield, was cited for dogs running loose.
Feb. 4
Drug abuse: Michelle Crutchley, 21, 5584 Madrid Drive, Austintown was arrested for drug abuse of marijuana and possession of three, 2 mg Alprazolam.

Jan.30
Menacing: An unknown male was menacing at the Economy Inn, 1051 N. Canfield-Niles Road.
Warrant: Brian Russell, 30, of 4618 Washington Square was arrested on a Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms warrant.
Fraud: $514 was compromised in a First Place Bank account at 101 N. Canfield-Niles Road.
Theft: A GPS and a CD case were taken from an auto in the 1000 block of Laurie Drive.
Theft: Miscellaneous coins were taken from an auto at a home in the 4000 block of Maureen Drive.
Telecommunications harassment: A female was receiving unwanted phone calls at an apartment in the 500 block of S. Raccoon Road.
Attempted theft: The contents of an auto were disturbed in the 3000 block of Edinburgh Drive.
Theft: Two Garmin GPS systems and a TV/DVD player were stolen from an auto at a home in the 4000 block of Kerrybrook Drive.
Criminal damaging: A fence post was damaged at the Skate Zone, 5420 Mahoning Ave.
Fraud: Unauthorized charges were reported at a home in the 2000 block of Penny Lane.
Warrant: Jennifer Mazzola, 27, of 4329 Mahoning Ave., was arrested on a warrant charging probation violation.

Theft: A man stole the cash register at Country Fair, 1143 N. Canfield-Niles Road.
Theft: Copper wire was taken off telephone poles in the 5000 block of Silica Road.
Telecommunications harassment: Calls were being received from an ex-husband at a home in the 4000 block of Rita Avenue.
Unauthorized use: A 2000 Chevrolet van was not returned by an employee at Alvaro Contracting, 5437 Mahoning Ave.
Theft: A purse was stolen from an auto at a home in the 3000 block of Huntmere Avenue.
Theft: A biology book and rosary beads were stolen from an auto in the 3000 block of Elgen Street.
Theft: An 32G iPod was stolen at Austintown Fitch High School, 4560 Falcon Drive.
Auto theft: A 2009 Chevrolet Cobalt was stolen from a home in the 4000 block of New Road and later returned.
Fraud: Unauthorized use of a debit card was reported at a home in the 1000 block of Fitch Blvd.
Theft: A UPS delivery was stolen from a front porch at a home in the 4000 block of Washington Square.
Disorderly conduct: Mary E. Thomas, 25, of 5009 Winthrop, was arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct at Watson Elementary School, 215 Idaho Road.
Warrant: Danyell Group, 33, of 111 Rhoda Ave., Youngstown, was arrested on a warrant charging failure to appear on a probation violation.
Criminal damaging: A door was damaged at The Manor, 3104 S. Canfield-Niles Road.
Feb. 1
Warrant: Damian Smith, 19, of 2829 Hamman Court, was arrested on a warrant charging him with probation violation.
Warrant: Robert Coristion, 29, of 1317 Bexley Drive, was arrested on a warrant charging him with parole violation.
Theft: Renee Beshara, 55, of 52 Willow Drive, Boardman, was arrested and charged with theft at Kmart, 4475 Mahoning Ave. after allegedly taking pillow cases, curtains and a soap dish. She also was charged with possession of marijuana.
Identity theft: A tax return was filed in a woman’s name without her knowledge at a home in the 100 block of N. Navarre Avenue.
Recovered property: A 20-inch Harpo blue boy’s bicycle was recovered at a home in the 4000 block of New Road.
Feb. 2
Auto theft: A vehicle involved in an accident was recovered by the Ohio State Patrol after being stolen from a home in the 3000 block of Meanderwood Drive.
Theft: Fuel and miscellaneous items were taken from an unlocked vehicle at Comprehensive Logistics, 365 Victoria Road.
Theft: Two laptops were stolen from a home in the 60 block of Idaho Road.
Recovered property: A wallet was recovered at the Austintown police station, 92 Ohltown Road.
Criminal damaging: A vehicle was scratched at Noday’s Deli, 5229 Mahoning Ave.
Fraud: $98.40 in unauthorized purchases reportedly were made in Monterey, France, by a resident of the 1000 block of Birch Trace.
Unauthorized use of a motor vehicle: A 2012 Chevrolet Malibu was used without authorization at Enterprise, 4908 Mahoning Ave.
Theft: A refrigerator was stolen at a home in the 5000 block of Cider Mill Run.
Theft: A CB radio was taken from an auto at Ryder Truck, 650 N. Meridian Road.
Warrant: Andrew Cercone, 20, of 5318 N. Beacon Drive, was arrested on a warrant charging him with assault.
Feb. 3
Recovered property: A bicycle was recovered in the 2000 block of Penny Lane.
Theft: Miscellaneous items were stolen from an auto at Economy Inn, 1051 N. Niles-Canfield Road.
Fraud: Unauthorized purchases were reported at a home in the 3000 block of Darbyshire Drive.
Assault: An assault was reported at Comprehensive Logistics, 365 Victoria Road.
Burglary: A 42-inch television was stolen from a home in the 4000 block of Woodhurst Drive.
Warrant: Dawaylon Pritchard, 29, of 4620 Rhode Island Drive, Apt. 7, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on a traffic offense.
Theft: Melissa Vittorio, of 423 Division St., Youngstown, was arrested on a charge of theft at Kmart, 4475 Mahoning Ave., of $48.72 in merchandise.
Vehicular vandalism: A vehicle was damaged at Walmart, 6001 Mahoning Ave.
Feb. 4
Theft: Tanicqwa Wilkerson, 20, of 3036 Oregon Ave., Youngstown was arrested on charges of theft and obstructing official business at Walmart.
Theft: Four compact discs were stolen from an auto in the 300 block of Westminister Ave.
Criminal damaging: A vinyl fence was damaged at a home in the 3000 block of Potomac Avenue.
Theft: A Huntington Bank ATM card was taken at a home in the 3000 block of Cannon Road.
Assault: Three suspects entered a house in the 3000 block of Oakwood Avenue and assaulted a boyfriend.
Violation of protection order: Susan Coriston, 47, of 5148 Willow Crest Drive, Youngstown, was arrested on a charge of violation of a protection order.
Counterfeit currency: A $100 bill was passed at Country Fair, 1143 N. Canfield-Niles Road.
Criminal trespassing: Dennis Lemon, 23, of 822 Fifth Ave., Niles, and Nathan McCann, 23, of 813 N. Main St., Niles, were arrested on charges of criminal trespassing.
Feb. 5
Barking dog: Kathleen Wick, 61, of 1 Johnathan Lane, was issued a summons for a barking dog.
Lost or stolen property: A men’s wallet with credit cards and an Ohio license was lost or stolen at Club Privilege, 1743 S. Raccoon Road.
Telecommunications harassment: A suspect is accused of telecommunications harassment at a home in the 70 block of N. Inglewood Avenue.
Burglary: A BMX bike was taken from an attached garage at a home in the 4000 block of Driftwood Lane.
Breaking and entering: A window was broken by a brick and $44 was taken from a register at the Medicine Shoppe, 4433 Mahoning Ave.
Theft: Christmas lights were stolen from a home in the 5000 block of Birchcrest Avenue.
