Local artist-musician Veal to display works at Playhouse

YOUNGSTOWN

Local artist-musician Julius Veal will be at the Youngstown Playhouse before Friday’s performance of “To be Young, Gifted and Black.”

Veal, who creates art out of recycled paper, will have an exhibition of his work on display in the lobby. He will be on hand to greet theater-goers and maybe play a few songs on his guitar, beginning at 6:30 p.m.
