Cheerleading clinic for kids in grades 1-6

Poland cheerleaders, coaches and Poland All-Sports Booster Club are having a one-day cheerleading clinic, and registration is due Saturday.

The clinic is open to grades 1 through 6, even if the child has no prior cheerleading experience. The clinic will be from 1 to 5 p.m. Feb. 25 at Poland Seminary High School, 3199 Dobbins Road.

Registration is required, and cost is $30. The fee must be received by Saturday, and checks should be made payable to Poland All-Sports Boosters. No cash will be accepted. There is a sibling discount of $15 per child after one sibling registers at the $30 rate.

Clinic participants will receive a Poland Cheer T-shirt, picture with the bulldog mascot, snack, cheerleader craft and an opportunity for a basket auction.
