New tattoo business opens Friday in downtown Youngstown

YOUNGSTOWN — One week after the opening of two downtown businesses, a third will open later this week.

Blue Magic Tattoo’s and Piercing, located on West Federal Street next to Draught House, will host a ribbon-cutting at 4 p.m. Friday.

Tim Adair, owner and operator, is a former Mahoning County deputy sheriff.

In honor of the opening, the tattoo shop will offer a 25-percent discount for all work during the first week.

The shop will be open noon to midnight everyday.
