Elizabeth Marino will be June bride of Daniel Nelson

CANFIELD

Planning to exchange wedding vows in June are Elizabeth Marino and Daniel Nelson, both of Akron.

John and Lucille Marino of Canfield, parents of the bride-elect, are announcing the engagement.

The couple are planning a ceremony for the afternoon of June 2 at St. Paul Church in Akron, where a reception will follow at Guy’s North Ballroom. Invitations will be extended for both events.

Miss Marino is a graduate of Kent State University with a bachelor’s degree in pre-medicine/zoology. She obtained a master’s degree at KSU in cellular and molecular biology. She is employed as a pharmaceutical sales representative for Boehringer-Ingelheim Pharmaceuticals in Canton.

Mr. Nelson, son of Alan and Mary Nelson of Kensington, Ohio, is attending KSU for a bachelor’s degree in business management. He is employed as a business analyst for New Innovations Inc. of Uniontown, Ohio. He served four years in the U.S. Air Force and is a veteran of the Gulf War.
