Pre-Lenten party with polka music

A Polish-style pre-Lenten celebration will be Feb. 18 at Pulaski Hall, 175 Elmwood St.

Music will be by Bob Uleck Polka Relations of Erie, Pa., with dancing from 7 to 11 p.m.

Admission is $6.

Polish food and paczki donuts will be sold.

This event is sponsored by the American Polish Central Committee.

Father-daughter dinner, dance

The ninth annual Father-Daughter Princess Dance at the Lariccia Family Community Center in Boardman Park will be three nights this year due to the increased interest in this event: Feb. 17 from 6 to 9 p.m.; Feb. 18 from 6 to 9 p.m.; and Feb. 19 from 5 to 8 p.m.

This semiformal dinner- dance will include dinner, dancing to DJ music and a professional photo for a keepsake.

Feb. 17 and 18 are sold out, but there are a few tickets remaining for Feb. 19.

Tickets can be purchased at boardmanpark.com and at the park office, Monday through Friday between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. No tickets will be sold at the door.
