State official to visit Lisbon's Fleming House on Tuesday

LISBON — Orman Hall, director of the Ohio Department of Alcohol and Drug Addiction Services, will visit Fleming House, 7300 Rose Drive, an ODADAS-certified transitional housing program for homeless, recovering women and their children, from 4 to 5 p.m. Tuesday.

The visit will encourage a discussion of Gov. John Kasich’s State of the State remarks, Ohio’s efforts to combat opiate painkiller abuse, and the perspective of clients engaged in services at Fleming House.

Appearing with Hall will be Eloise Traina, director, Family Recovery Center, and Judges Carol Ann Robb and Mark Frost from Columbiana County Municipal Court.

Residents and graduates of Fleming House also will speak about their recovery journeys.
