South Side coalition meets Saturday

YOUNGSTOWN — The South Side Coalition meets at 10 a.m. Saturday at the Newport Branch of the Public Library of Youngstown and Mahoning County (Market Street and E. Midlothian).

The meeting will be hosted by Eric Harris of the Mahoning Valley Violent Crimes Task Force, who is assigned to the south side block watch/neighborhood groups to help deal with crime in the area.

Members of any South Side groups are urged to attend.
