‘Lab Rats’ preview at Phantoms game

The Youngstown Phantoms are partnering with Radio Disney AM 1260 to provide a one-of-a-kind experience for fans before the Feb. 17 game against the Chicago Steel.

Fans at Covelli Centre will get an exclusive preview of the new Disney XD series “Lab Rats” before the puck is dropped.

In addition to the sneak peek, the Radio Disney AM 1260 Road Crew will be on hand with interactive entertainment and prizes for fans of all ages.

The first 1,000 fans also will receive a free “Lab Rats” poster.

The Covelli Centre doors will open early at 5:30 p.m., and the premiere of “Lab Rats” will air at 6 on the video boards. The game will begin at 7:15.

“Lab Rats” debuts at 8:30 p.m. Feb. 27 on Disney XD.

The live-action comedy follows a teenager and his newfound “siblings,” a trio of super-human teens, who must navigate high school while avoiding occasional bionic glitches along the way.

Disney XD is available in the Mahoning Valley on Time Warner Cable, Armstrong Cable, as well as on satellite TV.

Single-game tickets for the Phantoms’ 2011-12 season are on sale now.
