Naturopathic doctor to offer free lecture

Dr. Ted Suzelis, N.D., will lecture on “How to Achieve Your Ideal Weight” at 6:30 p.m. Feb. 9 at his new office, 755 Boardman-Canfield Road, in Southbridge West.

In this lecture, Suzelis will lay out a plan for healthy weight loss, including a discussion on foods that aid in weight loss, portion control, motivation, health problems and metabolic problems that could hinder weight loss.
