Country singer to play Powers

The A Way With Words Foundation will present a concert by country music star Billy Dean, with Boardman-based singer Sarah Turner and the ROCcK Children’s Choir, at 7 p.m. March 9 at Powers Auditorium, 260 W. Federal St., downtown.

Dean is known for his hits “Billy The Kid,” “Somewhere in My Broken Heart” and “Real Man.”

Proceeds will benefit the ROCcK Children’s Choir. Tickets are available at the box office and by calling 330-744-0264.
