Mahoning County Veterans Service Commission Office: Closed today and Tuesday.

State and federal offices: Closed Tuesday.

Mail delivery: None Tuesday.

Schools: Youngstown, Warren, closed through Tuesday; Salem and Sharon, closed through Wednesday; Niles and New Castle, closed through Jan. 6.

Universities: Youngstown State and Kent State Trumbull Campus, closed Tuesday.

Western Reserve Transit Authority (WRTA): closed Tuesday.

Public libraries: Warren-Trumbull and Newton Falls Public Library, closed at 5 p.m. today through Tuesday; Youngstown-Mahoning County, Kinsman Free Public Library, McKinley Memorial Library, Niles, Bristol Public Library, Bristolville, and Girard Free Library, closed today and Tuesday; Hubbard Public Library, closed Tuesday.

Stock market: Stifel Nicolaus, closed Tuesday.

Banks: First Place Bank, Warren, and Key Bank, closed 3 p.m. today through Tuesday; First National Bank, Home Savings & Loan, and Farmers National Bank, closed 4 p.m. today through Tuesday; Chase Bank, Charter One, Cortland Banks, Home Federal Savings & Loan, Niles, Huntington Bank, Austintown, PNC Ohio, and PNC Pennsylvania, closed Tuesday.
