WARREN

A Warren man charged with nearly 100 crimes since 1998 on 33 arrests has been sentenced to six years in prison on 10 drug charges.

Robert O. Daniels, 33, who has addresses on Niles Road Southeast, Milton Street Southeast, and Oregon Avenue Northwest, entered a guilty plea Wednesday in Trumbull County Common Pleas Court to multiple counts of heroin and marijuana trafficking and single counts of aggravated drug possession, drug possession and cocaine possession.

He had been indicted on the charges in 2009 and 2010 stemming from arrests in Warren, Howland, Niles and by the Trumbull County Sheriff’s Office and Ohio State Highway Patrol, according to court documents.

Judge John M. Stuard approved forfeiture of $13,767 in drug proceeds and a car seized during his arrests.

The money will go to the departments that made the arrests and the Trumbull County Prosecutor’s Office Law Enforcement Trust Fund.
