Canfield swim team hosts pancake breakfast

The Canfield High School swim team will host a pancake breakfast, complete with pancakes, eggs, sausage, coffee, milk, and orange juice, on Jan. 6 from 9 a.m. until 1 p.m. in the Canfield High School cafeteria. The cost is $6.50 for adults and $4 for children ages 3-10.

Softball sign-ups set for Austintown league

Austintown girls softball league (slow-pitch) sign-ups, which are open to all Mahoning Valley girls, will be at the Austintown Township hall Jan. 5-6 from noon until 4 p.m. There will also be a free skills clinic at Austintown Middle School from 3-5 p.m. on Jan. 19. Additional sign-ups will be Feb. 2, 3, 16, and 17 from noon until 4 p.m.
