Argus Lodge installs officers

Argus Lodge 545, Free and Accepted Masons, installed elected officers for 2013 during the 127th annual installation ceremony Dec. 14. Officers were installed by James F. Easterling Jr., Grand Master of Masons in Ohio. The meeting was preceded by a dinner served by Eric’s Catering and a party followed at the home of Russell W. Gillam Jr. In front from left are R. Patrick Anderson, junior steward; Ryan Hamilton, senior deacon; Charles Prachick, junior deacon; and Eric Cahalin, senior steward. In back are Denny Furman, lodge education officer; Mark Roca, senior warden; Russell W. Gillam III, treasurer; R. Christopher Gillam, chaplain; Easterling; Russell W. Gillam Jr., master; Dale E. Hawkins, junior warden; Thomas White; John Martin; Donald Huntley, secretary; and Wilmer K. Jones, tyler. The lodge was chartered in Canfield in 1886.
