Youngstown Board of Control special meeting this morning

YOUNGSTOWN

The city’s Board of Control has set a special meeting for 10:30 a.m. today in the council caucus room on the sixth floor of city hall, 26 S. Phelps St.

The board — Mayor Charles P. Sammarone, chairman, and members Law Director Anthony Farris and Finance Director David Bozanich — will address the approval of a license agreement authorizing the use of city property by V&M Star, as well as other business.
