Mahoning County libraries reopen at 10 a.m. today

YOUNGSTOWN — The main, Austintown, Boardman, Canfield, Poland and Sebring branches of the Public Library of Youngstown and Mahoning County will reopen at 10 a.m. today after having closed at 2 p.m. Wednesday due to the snowstorm.
