Toledo man killed in wrong-way crash

TOLEDO

A 26-year-old Toledo man has been killed in a head-on, wrong-way crash that also injured a Michigan man on Interstate 75 in North Toledo.

Police say 41-year-old Adam Tunison of LaSalle, Mich., was driving north in the southbound lanes of I-75 at about 3:05 a.m. Tuesday when he struck a vehicle driven by Juan Garcia Jr. Garcia was pronounced dead at the scene and Tunison was taken to a local hospital, where he is in fair condition.

The Toledo Blade reports that no charges have been filed. The crash is being investigated.
