City of Struthers issues snow emergency for today

STRUTHERS — With the weather forecast of an impending snow storm, the city is declaring a parking ban on all roads until further notice.

Edward Wildes, safety-service director, has asked all residents to remove any parked cars to allow the road department the ability to remove snow from the roads.
