Trisha Minnie and Robert Vukovich, both of Boardman, are engaged.

The announcement was made by the fathers of the couple, J. Michael Minnie and Robert Vukovich, both of Poland.

The bride’s mother, Patricia Minnie, and the groom’s mother, Barbara Vukovich, are deceased.

St. Patrick Church in Youngstown will be the setting for a 1:30 p.m. open wedding ceremony April 27. Invitations will be issued for an evening reception at Antone’s Banquet Center.

The bride-elect earned a bachelor’s in business administration from Youngstown State University. She is a vice president and sales manager at First Place Bank in Canfield.

The prospective groom received a law enforcement degree from YSU Police Academy. He works as a police officer for the state of Ohio. He previously served in the U.S. Marine Corps ROTC program.
