Couple waives hearings in 2 of 4 Erie bank heists

ERIE, Pa.

A couple charged with bank robbery after police questioned them after they were seen leaving the hotel room of a suspected overdose victim last month have waived their preliminary hearing.

Anthony Herrmann, 34, who is homeless, is charged with robbing two banks Nov. 8, while his Erie girlfriend, Erin Anderson, 27, is charged with helping one of those heists.

The Erie Times-News reported Friday the couple has since been charged in two other robberies Nov. 9 and 10 but have yet to have a hearing on those cases.
