MYCAP donates to Dorothy Day house

YOUNGSTOWN

Officials from Mahoning Youngstown Community Action Partnership recently presented the Dorothy Day House, 620 Belmont Ave., with a variety of everyday items and a $750 cash donation from a recent dress- down day.

Dorothy Day House, a day shelter for homeless people where everyone is treated with respect and dignity, is run by the Ursuline Sisters of Youngstown and provides shelter, meals, clothing and a place to shower.
