Car flips on roof in Youngstown

YOUNGSTOWN

City police are on the scene this morning of a three-vehicle accident on Midlothian and Southern boulevards. One of the cars flipped onto its roof.

A mini-van flipped and another car ran into the top of the van. Police and firefighters are on the scene and injuries are being determined. No fatalities were reported.
