Taylor Hill scored Ohio State’s final eight points, including four free throws in the final 18 seconds, to help the Buckeyes hold off Gonzaga 65-60 in a women’s basketball game on Monday.

Hill finished with game-highs in points (25) and rebounds (nine).

Her ninth rebound may have been her biggest.

After Haiden Palmer made a 3-pointer to pull Gonzaga within one, 61-60, with 26 seconds left, the Bulldogs were forced to foul.

Ohio State’s Ameryst Alston missed the front end of a one-one with 20 seconds left but Hill grabbed the rebound and made both free throws, then added two more with four seconds left.

Boardman’s Darryce Moore added six points and four rebounds in eight minutes off the bench for the Buckeyes (7-3).
