Easter Seals offers hot, nutritious meals weekdays in Columbiana and Mahoning counties for people 60 or older and their spouses (regardless of age). Reservations are required three days in advance. A $2 donation is suggested per meal. Call 330-884-2513 to make reservations, for serving locations or to arrange for home-delivered meals for seniors who are homebound. Transportation is available by calling 330-884-2511. The program office is located at 299 Edwards St., Youngstown. Easter Seals will be closed Dec. 24 through Jan. 1.

COLUMBIANA COUNTY

Wednesday, Dec. 19: Tuna salad on a bun, three-bean salad, unsweetened peaches, fruit juice, cupcake or angel food cake and milk.

Thursday, Dec. 20: Stuffed pepper, mashed potatoes, mixed vegetables, rye bread, cookie or vanilla wafers and milk.

Friday, Dec. 21: Turkey with gravy, mashed potatoes, mixed vegetables, dressing, wheat bread, unsweetened mandarin oranges and milk.

Saturday, Dec. 22: Roast beef with Swiss cheese on a bun, carrots with ranch dressing, fresh orange, apple juice and milk.

Monday, Dec. 24: Closed.

Tuesday, Dec. 25: Closed.

MAHONING COUNTY

Wednesday, Dec. 19: Macaroni and cheese, peas, carrots, fresh apple, bread, snack cake or sugar-free cookie and milk.

Thursday, Dec. 20: Roasted turkey, mashed sweet potatoes, green beans, unsweetened peaches, holiday cookie, apple juice and milk.

Friday, Dec. 21: Meatloaf, mashed potatoes and gravy, vegetable blend, unsweetened mandarin oranges, wheat bread and milk.

Saturday, Dec. 22: Chicken breast on a bun, romaine, black-bean salad, fresh banana, regular or sugar-free cookie and milk.

Monday, Dec. 24: Closed.

Tuesday, Dec. 25: Closed.

TRUMBULL COUNTY

The Trumbull County Office of Elderly Affairs offers well-balanced meals at 12 locations in Trumbull County for people 60 or older or whose spouse is 60 or over. Reservations must be made two working days in advance. There is no income requirement. The suggested donation is $1.50 per meal.
