Warren Family Mission gets $2K grant from Ronald McDonald House Charities

WARREN — Board members from Ronald McDonald House Charities of Mahoning Valley and Western Pennsylvania gave a $2,000 grant to the Warren Family Mission last week that will be used to help local children.

“We’re pleased to provide vital support to this outstanding program that advances Ronald McDonald House Charities’ mission of lifting children to a better tomorrow,” said Herb Washington, RMHC board president and McDonald’s owner/operator.

Warren Family Mission will use the money to buy toys for the organization’s annual toy giveaway program.

The nonprofit mission feeds, clothes and shelters homeless men, women and children and provides free after-school programs and drug and alcohol rehabilitation services.
