Sts. Peter and Paul Croatian Catholic Church provided the setting for the Oct. 27 exchange of vows between Marilyn Kathleen Wardle and Alvin Ray McClung, both of Hubbard.
The Rev. Joseph Rudjak officiated at the 2 p.m. wedding ceremony. A reception followed at St. Mark Orthodox Church Hall.
Mary Ann Wardle is the mother of the bride. The bride’s father, David Wardle, and parents of the groom, Orvell and Isabelle McClung, are deceased.
The couple are planning a wedding trip to Key West in January. They reside in Hubbard.
The bride wore an ivory tank-style gown with a sweetheart neckline. It was adorned with beaded and embroidered appliques sewn into the netting over satin with scalloped trim at the hemline.
Alice Connelly, the bride’s sister, and Kimberly Young, the bride’s sister-in-law, were matrons of honor. Cailey F. Connelly, great-niece of the bride, was flower girl. The bride’s brother, Bryan Young, escorted her.
The attendants wore black and ivory ensembles.
Leonard Rock performed the duties of best man.
John Young, the bride’s brother, was groomsman. Brennan Smith, the bride’s great-nephew, was ring bearer.
The groom is owner/operator of McClung Construction in Hubbard, where the bride is office manager.
