Man dies in crash

TANNERSVILLE, Pa.

A Youngstown man died in a crash involving three tractor-trailers that closed part of Interstate 80 in northeastern Pennsylvania on Monday.

Officials say the crash happened during foggy conditions in the eastbound lanes about 3:30 a.m. in Pocono Township, Monroe County.

Pennsylvania State Police say one of the trucks lost a concrete wall off its flatbed trailer, causing a chain-reaction crash involving the other two tractor-trailers.

Officials say 41-year-old truck driver Daniel L. Snyder of Youngstown died at the scene.

Eastbound Interstate 80 remained closed late Monday between exits 293 and 298 while authorities investigate.
