Harassment: A Clingan Road man reported having been harassed.

Identity theft: A Chablis Lane man discovered $732 worth of unauthorized charges to his credit card.

Theft: Two hundred feet of welding cable valued at $1,000 was stolen in the 5100 block of Kennedy Road.
Theft: Someone stole 200 feet of welding cable in the 5100 block of Kennedy Road.

Criminal mischief: A vehicle in the 8300 block of Youngstown-Pittsburgh Road was found with a damaged rear window.
Nov. 10
Breaking and entering: Someone entered an Ohio Edison Co. substation in the 6700 block of Lowellville-New Castle Rd. before stealing 400 feet of ground wiring valued at $1,600.
Nov. 21
Arrest: A traffic stop near Western Reserve and North Lima roads resulted in the arrest of 65-year-old David L. Logero, 8550 Ivy Hills Drive, Poland, on a charge of operating a vehicle impaired.
Nov. 22
Drugs: Police on s.R. 170 pulled over and cited 42-year-old Stephen A. Braho on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and marijuana. Braho, of 87 Bassett Lane, Youngstown, had a suspected marijuana pipe and 3 grams of suspected marijuana, a report showed.
Nov. 27
Possible animal cruelty: Police were dispatched to Coit and New Castle roads to investigate what appeared to be such a case. The Mahoning County Humane Society assisted.

Criminal damaging: A man reported damage to a portion of his Poland Village Drive residence.
