It's official: Hartford fire levy passes by 5 votes

WARREN — The recount conducted Tuesday for the 1-mill Hartford Township fire levy did not change the vote totals or the outcome. The levy still passed by five votes — 564 to 559, said Kelley Pallante, Trumbull County Board of Elections director.

None of the other races or levies last mont were close enough to qualify for an automatic recount.
