Siblings: Joseph in Washington. Thomas, George, Anne, Rose and Sophie are deceased.

Spouse: Hermina M. Perechlin, married April 27, 1946, in Youngstown.

Children: Brenda J. Kovach of Amherst and John T. Pavel of Girard.

Grandchildren: Four.

Great-grandchildren: One.

Education: Youngstown schools.

Employment: Retired in 1974 from Republic Steel, Truscon Division.

Memberships: Concordia Lutheran Church of Youngstown, SNPJ Lodge 643 of Girard. A World War II Army veteran, he served with the Military Police in the Persian Gulf.
