Gorvet-Wanat wedding to be in early September

Candace Gorvet and Paul Wanat, both of Poland, are announcing their engagement and the plans for their September wedding.

The couple will be married at 5 p.m. Sept. 8 at The Lake Club, where a reception will follow. Invitations will be extended for both.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Josephine Gorvet of Boardman. The parents of the prospective groom are Jennifer and Dennis Colla, and Dr. Frank Wanat and Patti Mathews-Wanat, all of Poland.

Miss Gorvet graduated from Youngstown State University with a bachelor’s degree in business administration and is a regional manager for Refresh Dental in Canfield.

Mr. Wanat is an electrician with IBEW No. 64 and works for Dickey Electric.
