Rayen stadium parking restrictions to be enforced

YOUNGSTOWN — City police will be enforcing parking restrictions during athletic events in the new Judge Rayen Stadium to alleviate hazardous traffic conditions.

The city school district hosted the first game at the rebuilt stadium last weekend.
