Kitchen to announce neighborhood improvement websites this morning

Demaine Kitchen, Youngstown chief of staff, and the city of Youngstown will host a press conference today at 10:30 a.m. in council chambers at city hall, 26 S. Phelps St.

The purpose of the event is to announce and launch new neighborhood improvement websites.
