‘Shopapalooza’ to benefit Altrusa Club

Michael Alberini’s Restaurant and Wine Shop, 1140 Boardman-Poland Road, will be the site of a luncheon and shopping event dubbed “Shopapalooza” on Oct. 11.

It will benefit Altrusa, a community service organization that encourages volunteerism with an emphasis on literacy.

Jewelry, candles, clothes, bags, art, makeup, crystal, massages and more will be for sale. It will begin at 11 a.m. and include a cash bar. The cost is $20 per person.
