Mr. and Mrs. Edward Mosca of Niles are announcing the engagement and upcoming marriage of their daughter, Rachel A. Mosca, to Todd J. Balduf.

The prospective groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Balduf of Dublin, Ohio.

Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church in Niles will be the setting for the Sept. 8 ceremony. A reception will follow at Avalon Golf and Country Club in Hermitage, Pa.

Miss Mosca received a bachelor’s degree in human resource management and prelaw from Ohio University. She is employed as a talent acquisition recruiter with Nationwide Mutual Insurance Co. in Columbus.

Mr. Balduf earned a bachelor’s degree in business marketing at Kent State University and works as a surgical specialist with Zimmer Carolinas.
