Lemon Grove presents Pernotto art exhibit

YOUNGSTOWN

The Lemon Grove Cafe, 110 W. Federal St., will present an exhibition of works by Youngstown-based modern artist James Pernotto on Saturday.

Pernotto has had more than 50 solo and group exhibitions in cities nationwide and has been an important part of the American art scene for nearly 40 years. He is considered an innovator in the field of handmade paper.

The exhibition will be in Lemon Grove’s newly completed McKelvey Room, which will be used as an art gallery.

The gallery will open at 9 p.m. with music throughout the evening.
