YSU WR Berassa out for year with ACL tear

Youngstown State suffered its first major injury of the fall this week when starting wide receiver Jelani Berassa tore the ACL in his left knee.

He will miss the season.

Berassa missed the 2010 season with a torn ACL in his right knee. He tore his left during Wednesday's practice during a 7-on-7 drill. It was a non-contact injury.
