OVI checkpoint Saturday in Mahoning County

CANFIELD — The Mahoning Operating a Vehicle Impaired Task Force will have a sobriety checkpoint Saturday in Mahoning County to deter and intercept impaired drivers.

Specific details of the checkpoint location have not been disclosed. Saturation patrols will also be conducted throughout the weekend.

Assisting in the patrols will be officials from the Mahoning County OVI Task Force, Ohio State Highway Patrol, and Ohio Department of Transportation.
