The Covelli Centre and Ticketmaster.com have refined ticket-purchasing and parking with the launch of online premium parking passes and an interactive seating map.

“We believe in giving fans the best-possible experience,” said Eric Ryan, executive director of Covelli Centre.

The interactive seating map allows ticket-buyers to see exactly where they will be sitting for the show by going to ticketmaster.com. Buyers now also have the option to purchase premium parking passes online in advance of shows.

Both new services are available for the Aug. 28 Bob Dylan concert and the Oct. 15 Rob Zombie- Marilyn Manson concert.

The interactive seating map redefines “best available” by letting fans navigate and choose from all available seats and configurations.

Traditionally, “best available” searches relied on computers to perform the search.

The upgraded map enables everyone from an individual searching for a seat to a group of friends looking for tickets in front of, behind, or across the aisle from the stage the ability to choose where they sit.

Searches start with a view of the venue’s entire seat map. By scrolling over rows and sections, quick seat summaries and availability are displayed; fans then highlight and select the seat(s) of their choice to purchase.

Additionally, with features such as zoom in and zoom out or by clicking on search filters including price range, quantity, special promotions and discounts offered by some events, fans can pinpoint the best up-to-the- minute tickets.

Premium parking passes can be purchased by going to covellicentre.com and following the Ticketmaster link to the desired event.

The parking-pass- purchasing option will appear at the bottom of the main purchase page on the event and will range from $10-$20 in cost.

The passes can be purchased at the Time Warner Cable Box office inside the Covelli Centre or online at www.ticketmaster.com only. Once the pass has been purchased, it can be printed out at home or at the box office (depending on point of purchase). At the arena, a parking attendant will direct the pass-holder to his spot.
