Mahoning Valley chiropractors begin 'Coats for Kids' drive Monday
WARREN — Fifteen Mahoning Valley chiropractors, all members of the Eastern Ohio Chiropractic Society, are launching their first “Coats for Kids” Drive, beginning Monday and continuing through Sept. 3.
The chiropractors are seeking clean, gently used coats and jackets. Although their focus will be children’s coats for the coming school year, they will accept coats of all sizes and shapes. Their goal is to collect 500 coats through the project.
Coats will be distributed to several community service organizations.
Coats can be donated at any of the participating clinics Monday through Friday.
The local chiropractors and clinics involved in the event are: Dr. Ashley Fowler of Austintown; Back to Health Chiropractic and Gainan Chiropractic of Boardman; Cortland Chiropractic; Girard Chiropractic Center; Howland Family Chiropractic, Gentle Chiropractic and DC Chiropractic of Howland; Urban Chiropractic of Niles; Poland Chiropractic Clinic, Poland Family Chiropractic, Western Reserve Chiropractic and D’Amato Chiropractic Clinic of Poland; and Trumbull County Chiropractic of Warren.
