Grand jury adds more sex charges to Struthers man

YOUNGSTOWN — A Struthers man previously indicted by a Mahoning County grand jury on sexual charges related to children faces more charges.

The grand jury indicted James Fetty, 54, of Poland Avenue, Struthers, in July on charges of rape, gross sexual imposition, disseminating matter harmful to juveniles, importuning and pandering sexually oriented matter involving a minor.

Today, the grand jury brought a superseding indictment against Fetty listing more counts of the same charges. He now faces a total of 60 counts in the indictment.

The indictment alleges Fetty had sexual contact with one juvenile and presented obscene material to another underage girl.
