Dr. Lord to speak about chestnuts

CORTLAND

Ohio State University Extension, Trumbull County, is featuring Dr. Bill Lord of the American Chestnut Foundation as speaker at the August Home, Yard & Garden Information Program at Lake Vista of Cortland, a retirement community, 303 N. Mecca St.

The program begins at 2 p.m. Aug. 23. Costs are $10 for general public and $5 for certified master gardeners. Preregistration is required. Call OSU Extension at 330-638-6783.
