Simon Roofing buys floor- resurfacing company

Simon Roofing has purchased BeautiStone, a concrete floor-resurfacing company that has worked in the Mahoning Valley and the greater Pittsburgh area since 2004.

Both companies are based in Youngstown.

The BeautiStone name has been changed to BeautiFloor as part of the purchase.

“The two businesses are very much aligned in terms of sharing a commitment to customer satisfaction, product quality and ongoing innovation,” said Anthony Vross, owner of Simon Roofing. “We are very much looking forward to the next chapter in the BeautiFloor story, as part of the Simon Roofing family.”

The combination of the two companies is expected to strengthen BeautiFloor’s position in the concrete floor-resurfacing market by extending its product lines under the Simon Surfaces name to commercial and industrial markets throughout Simon Roofing’s 63 service centers across the United States.
