Mahoning elections board to certify all candidates

YOUNGSTOWN — The Mahoning County Board of Elections will meet at 7 a.m. Monday to officially certify all of the candidates, issues and liquor options submitted for the Nov. 6 general election. Candidates for Mahoning County Court judge as well as those proposing issues and options on the fall ballot had until last Wednesday to provide the proper documentation to the board of elections. All of the proposed candidates, issues and options meet the requirements to get on the November ballot, said board Director Joyce Kale-Pesta.
