Shopping event set at Charming Charlie’s

Easter Seals and Youngstown Hearing & Speech Center are sponsoring a back-to-school shopping event at Charming Charlie’s in the Eastwood Mall. From 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday, 20 percent off total purchases will be offered.
