Woman indicted in vehicular-homicide case

A Mahoning County grand jury has handed up an indictment against a 22-year-old woman in connection with a July car accident where a 32-year-old man was killed.

Michele Green of Mathews Road is indicted for aggravated vehicular homicide.

Green was driving eastbound on Middletown Road in Springfield on July 2 when she ran a stop sign, striking a car driven by 31-year-old Theresa Clinkscale, according to the Canfield Post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol.

The patrol reported that Clinkscale’s front passenger, Matthew Clinkscale, was ejected from the car as it went off the road and struck a large boulder.

Matthew Clinkscale died a short time after the accident.

The following people were also indicted this week by the Mahoning County grand jury.

Elizabeth Soich, 31, Glendale Avenue, Boardman, misconduct at an emergency.

Ned Anderson, 35, Wilmette Street, Campbell, failure to comply with order or signal of police officer.

Kawanjula Harden, 19, Southern Boulevard, Boardman, burglary.

Heather Gmucs, 27, Market Street and Kenilworth, Warren, forgery and passing bad checks.

Jeffrey Walker Jr., 27, and Jesse Daviduk, 19, both of Glenwood Avenue, Boardman, aggravated robbery.

George Rogers, 33, Sharrot Road, Poland, illegal possession of a firearm in a liquor permit premises.

John Kalosky, 40, North Brockway, breaking and entering.

Nakeba Cochrane, 34, Rush Boulevard, making false alarms.

Lakisha Milton, 31, Ferndale Avenue, possession of cocaine.
